CHRISTIAN COUNTY FAIR July 4: Happy Independence Day. All active military personnel (with military ID) and veterans and their immediate families get in free at Dickerson Park Zoo. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., 1401 W. Norton Road, Springfield. July 6-7: The 82nd Annual Christian County Fair, at the Christian County A & M Society Fair Grounds along the Finley River in Ozark. Free! Area youth, 4-H and FFA members exhibit their animals and other agriculture related exhibits.
